Kicktag is a custom boot personalisation transfer designed for football and rugby boots.

It lets players add names, initials, numbers, flags, icons or meaningful words to their boots in seconds — giving a clean, pro-level look without bulky tags or stitching.

Whether it’s your name, squad number, national flag or a word that means something to you, Kicktag makes your boots stand out while still looking match-ready.

Kicktag designs are available in black or white, with selected accent colours where stated.

You can choose from:

• Custom names or initials

All designs are created to look clean, sharp and professional on boots.

Kicktags are designed for football and rugby boots.

For best results:

• Apply to a smooth, flat area
  
• The outer side of the boot is the safest and most visible option ✨
  
• The inner side also works if the surface is flat and not heavily textured
  

Some people also apply them to shin pads or water bottles, but Kicktag is primarily designed and tested for boots.

Used or applied transfers

• Transfers that have been peeled, applied, or used cannot be returned or refunded
  
• This includes transfers damaged due to incorrect application or not following the installation instructions
  

Non-custom transfers

• Non-custom transfers can be returned if they are unused, unpeeled, and in their original condition
  
• Once we receive and inspect the returned items and confirm they’re in good condition, you will receive a refund for the products returned
  

Custom transfers

• Custom-made items (such as names, initials, custom numbers or designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a fault with the product
  

Faulty or defective items

If you believe your Kicktag is faulty:

• Include a brief explanation of the issue
  
• Provide your order number
  

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, we’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

To get the best lifespan from your Kicktag:

• Apply only to clean, dry boots
  
• Avoid excessive flexing during the first hour
  
• Don’t pick or peel at the edges
  

They’re built to handle regular training and matches, but like any boot customisation, lifespan depends on boot material, placement and usage.

Applying Kicktag takes just a few minutes.

Step 1 – Clean the boot surface

Thoroughly clean the area using the alcohol wipe provided.

Remove dirt, moisture, oil or grass residue and allow the surface to fully dry.

💡 Tip: Avoid deep textures, heavy stitching or curved areas.

Step 2 – Peel & position

Carefully peel away the clear backing.

Position the Kicktag and press down with firm, even pressure.

⚠️ Make sure the transfer is not too warm before peeling. If it’s hot, the design may stick to the backing.

Step 3 – Press & peel

Firmly rub over the entire design, focusing on the edges.

Slowly peel away the top film, leaving the Kicktag in place.

Press again and allow 30–60 minutes before wearing.

Avoid moisture, heat or flexing during this time ⏱️

Kicktags are designed to hold up during normal football and rugby use when applied correctly.

They’ve been aggressively rubbed against:

• Grass
  
• Wet grass 🌧️
  
• Gravel and stones
  

Without peeling or damage.

Long-term testing is ongoing, but early results show they are strong, durable and game-ready when applied to the right surface and left to bond properly.
